High-level strategy amidst growing marketing campaigns

In addition, handled project related to web development, UX, SEM/SEO, and community engagement.

Elevating production quality across video and photo
My production experience led to excellent preparation and higher quality of assets. More importantly, I could act as a partner to the mission and to program goals.
Working with program directors and C-level leadership, I identified program goals, aligned multiple stakeholders to a unified vision, coordinated feedback and collaboration, and refined the finished product.

Team temperature check survey I administered through SurveyMonkey.
Improving team processes
Improved several processes during my time: facilitating efficient post-event debriefing, simplifying the shared campaign calendar, Outlook best practices, measuring and tracking team capacity, and strengthening collaborative relationships with programs.
